The MAK Center for Art and Architecture presents a conversation between Deem Journal co-founder Nu Goteh and artist and cultural strategist Maceo Paisley. Together, they will explore the social practice of print, Deem’s approach to fostering collective understanding, and how each issue contributes to an evolving editorial arc while expanding into new thematic territory.
This dialogue, in the context of Deem Journal’s table residency in the exhibition Reading Room at the MAK Center at the Schindler House, offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at Deem’s editorial and design process—a process that often unfolds quietly, yet with deep care and intentionality.
